1. Introduction

Welcome to HEM. By accessing or using our website www.hemfashion.ae, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review these Terms carefully.

2. Custom Orders

2.1. Order Placement

All orders placed through our Site are custom-made. Ensure that all information, including size and customization requests, is accurate before submitting your order.

2.2. Order Finalization

Once an order is placed, it is considered a final sale. Orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

3. Production and Delivery

3.1. Production Time

The estimated duration for production is two weeks. This timeframe is an estimate and may or may not vary, based on factors beyond our control.

3.2. Delivery and Pickup

You must accept delivery or pick up your order within 90 days from the shipping date. Failure to do so will result in the order being considered abandoned, and it may be sold or disposed of. Payments made will not be refunded.

4. Customization and Alterations

4.1. Customization Requests

Requests for special customization must be communicated prior to placing an order. Once processing begins, no changes can be made.

4.2. Alterations 

If the size delivered differs from what was ordered, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Alterations due to incorrect size selection by the customer will incur additional charges for alteration and transportation. Requests for alterations are subject to availability.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

5.1. Custom Orders

All orders are custom-made, and therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

5.2. Damaged Products

We do not accept return of damaged products unless a damaged product was delivered and the damage was reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us promptly if any damage is found.

6. Payment

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of HEM and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the products purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
